Stephen is the most honest man I’ve met in this business. Rather than charge me for services he actually gave me a recommendation to a repair service closer to my broken down truck. I am out of state and I cannot get the truck home without it being looked at. I can only assume a man with incredible integrity would do such a thing rather than just accept the business and charge me. Thank you sir for your honesty and willingness to help me. Anyone needing service repairs should consider this man. He even helped us trouble shoot while the other mechanic was on his way to us. Thanks again. Nick from Atlanta

Quick to answer the phone. Knowledgeable, helpful & most of all, HONEST. Helped diagnose my problem with my personal truck (not a Commercial Vehicle) and gave me confidence in my decision. Quoted rates were very reasonable considering the circumstances. I was passing thru from Texas. If ever in the range of his services again, he'd be my 1st call. I was able to limp the truck home and once at my local mechanic the problem was spot on with our conversation. Not the exact part, but how could he know over the phone? He had the rest of the info accurate. Highly recommend 👌

I’m a hotshot driver that had my truck break down in Fort Smith. I looked online for a mobile mechanic and called Jets. The guy showed up in 20 mins and had me back on the road in even less time. He’s knowledgeable and just an all around good person. I saved his number in case I ever need a good trustworthy mechanic around Fort Smith AR. 10/10 highly recommend!!

He came out in a timely manner, figured out was wrong with the volvo tractor for low power issues and found the cause of the oil leak. He quickly got the needed parts and made the needed repairs. He double checked his work before leaving. I would definitely recommend him for all breakdown and preventive maintenance needs. Well worth every dollar compared to the other mobile services in my area.

When my truck broke down, I immediately called U-Haul for roadside assistance. With a keen eye for troubleshooting, Stephen quickly diagnosed the issue - the bolts securing the engine parts were missing. His quick thinking and skillful intervention saved the day, allowing me to continue my journey. I am grateful to him for his prompt response and expertise in resolving the issue.
